Education

I graduated high school in Tennessee in 3 years as opposed to 4 with a 3.7 GPA and I have been enrolled in gifted programs since the 4th grade. I'm majoring in Cell and Molecular Biology at the University of North Alabama and working towards a minor in psychology.

Experience

I tutored several friends and family throughout high school in wide variety of topics and exams. I took the ACT in middle school and high school, my highest grade being a 27. I scored the best on the Reading portion of the ACT, making a 32. I've completed a wide range of classes since moving to a University, some of which I'll list here: Anatomy, General Biology, Physics, Chemistry, General Psychology, World Literature, Abnormal Psychology, Sociology, Physiological Biology, Human Development, Ethics, and Computer and Information Sciences. I want to be a tutor because I love the ability to learn. It makes me proud to be able to give the gift of knowledge to another person. I'm always eager to read and acquire new information in my head because it creates a sense of accomplishment and joy. I would love to be able to help other people obtain this sense of achievement and pride.

Hobbies

My favorite hobby I had when growing up was playing outside. I participated in soccer, basketball, softball, and volleyball while growing up and worked as a coach and referee for the local soccer league for years. I thoroughly enjoy reading and like to spend my free time watching tv or painting.
